Phylis's Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 16 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Sift together flour and baking soda. Add to creamed ingredients, alternating with sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
  • Pour into greased tube pan.
  • Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
